Run Public Records Pre-Defined Searches

Use the Public Records Pre-Defined Searches tab to start a pre-defined search for Deeds & Mortgages, Lis Pendens, Owner's Name, and Property Address. These frequently used public records searches require minimal data entry.

To Run a Pre-Defined Search for Public Records

  1. At the Public Records search type page, click Pre-Defined Searches.
  2. Select one or more County checkboxes.
  3. Click a search, then click Continue. The Criteria page opens for field entry.
  4. At the Criteria page, enter criteria then click Continue.

To Sort the list of Pre-Defined Searches

  1. Click the Name column heading once to sort in alphabetical order.
  2. Click again to sort in reverse alphabetical order.
